Recruitment software and applicant tracking for Indian employers — connected to a live job portal
JobMyIndia combines a public job portal with an applicant tracking system: your jobs are published where candidates search, applications land in a hiring pipeline, and once you hire, the candidate becomes an employee in JobMyIndia HRMS without re-entering their details.

What an ATS should do — and where most stop
An applicant tracking system organises applicants into stages, schedules interviews and keeps a record of decisions. Most ATS tools stop at the offer letter: the new hire's details are then typed again into a separate HRMS and payroll tool.
Because JobMyIndia runs the job portal, the ATS and the HRMS on one platform, the path from job post to first payslip has no re-entry.
The hiring flow
- Post a job with salary, location, work mode and requirements. Active jobs are published on the JobMyIndia portal and marked up for Google's job search.
- Candidates apply from web or mobile. You can also search the candidate database and unlock profiles that match.
- Applications move through pipeline stages; AI-assisted ranking and shortlisting suggestions help you review large volumes faster.
- Schedule interviews — in person, by phone or as one-way video interviews that candidates record in their own time — and record feedback and results.
- Send skill tests for relevant roles and review scores alongside the application.
- Generate the offer letter, let the candidate accept or reject it online, then issue the joining letter.
- Convert the hired candidate into an employee record, ready for attendance and payroll.
