Contract labour management software for principal employers and labour contractors
JobMyIndia lets a principal employer register its labour contractors, see which contract workers are deployed where, check that each contractor has paid PF and ESIC for its workers, and process contractor bills and payments — while contractors get their own login to manage their workforce and compliance.

Why principal employers carry the risk
When a contractor fails to pay wages or statutory dues for its workers, Indian labour law can make the principal employer answerable for them. That is why plant HR teams ask contractors for monthly PF and ESIC challans, wage sheets and attendance — usually by email and in inconsistent formats.
The result is a folder of PDFs nobody reconciles, and a bill that gets paid before anyone confirms the workers were paid correctly.
What the contractor module covers
Contractor onboarding
Register contractors with their registration details and documents, and give each contractor a separate login.
Worker deployment
Deploy contract workers to sites, departments and shifts; release or terminate them through a recorded workflow.
Attendance of contract workers
Contract workers can punch on the same kiosk, app or biometric devices as your employees, so their attendance comes from the same controlled sources.
Compliance tracker
Track each contractor's monthly PF and ESIC payments and supporting proof, with status visible to the principal employer.
Billing
Contractor bills with service charge, GST and TDS, reviewed against deployment and attendance before approval.
Payments
Payment release recorded against the approved bill, with a history for audits.
How a month closes
- Contract workers punch attendance at the site.
- The contractor processes wages and statutory contributions for its workers and uploads the proof.
- The principal employer's HR checks the compliance tracker for that contractor and month.
- The contractor's bill is reviewed against deployment and attendance, then approved.
- Payment is released and recorded.
Separation of data
Every contractor, bill and payment is tied to the employer that owns it, and the server checks that ownership on each request, so one employer or contractor cannot see or change another's records.

Frequently asked questions
Does the contractor need to buy anything?
Contractors are given access by the principal employer's account. Commercial terms depend on your plan — see pricing or talk to us.
Can we track more than one contractor per site?
Yes. Each contractor's workers, compliance status and bills are tracked separately, even when they work at the same site.
Is this legal advice on contract labour law?
No. The software helps you collect and review records. Your obligations under the applicable labour law should be confirmed with your legal or compliance adviser.
